Our master plans include an extensive plan for your design projects.
Following our plan enables the client to proceed with confidence to achieve their desired results.
Color plans consist of color schemes, selection of paint color, cut off points, color flow from room to room, and knowing which walls are accent walls and which walls need to be faux finished or any other type of wall surfacing.
We also provide floor plans for furniture and accessory placement. Deciding where and how to place furniture and artwork is the key to an eye-pleasing room. We also identify which pieces will remain and possible new pieces to be purchased.
Light design plays an important role in the overall master plan. We place emphasis on balanced lighting so the entire room is properly lit. Using the elements of design, we incorporate several light sources to highlight and display furnishings. Bringing harmony and rhythm in a room creates an overall feeling of well-being.
Suggestions for window treatment design are also included in the master plan. There are so many choices for window treatments today. D'Alessio Interiors can show clients the correct fabric to select for any style treatment. Interesting rods, finials and rodding systems are also discussed.
Ideas for new home construction include material coordination, such as counter top, tile and stone application. Options for floor coverings and cabinet selection are also available.
